What can my child expect?
☀️ Daily Chess Lessons: learn with a dynamic blend of strategic lectures and tactics training, tailored to sharpen intermediate and advanced-level skills.
☀️ Daily Tournament Games: practice with a 5-round Swiss tournament with timed matches, notation practice, and trophies for the Top 3 players.
☀️ Daily Chess Variant: explore unique twists on classic chess, featuring fresh rule changes!
☀️ Indoor & Outdoor Challenges: get moving with exciting team competitions, individual showdowns, action-packed games and free play!
☀️ Movie & Snack Time: cool off with a movie and a snack, the perfect way to unwind.
What should my child bring?
♟️ Backpack: water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, hat, athletic sneakers, etc.
♟️ Chess Bag: chess board and pieces, chess timer, notation book, pencils.
♟️ Lunchbox or Cash: to purchase lunch, the group will visit a different restaurant on campus each day.
♟️ Emergency Supplies: EpiPen, inhaler, insulin, medications, bug spray, etc.
